ChosenKare was formed in 2019 to meet the need for reliable non emergency medical transportation. Chosenkare is here to assist, help, listen as well as get every patient to and from their appointment in a safe and timely manner.
All of our workers are/will be trained according to CTAA and DOT standards to insure we are providing a safe transport, documentation can be provided upon request.
We use top of the line cleaning solutions that meet CDC standards to sanitize vehicle leaving them completely preventive from spreading any air borne infectious diseases.
We also provide bariatric wheelchair and stretcher support call for rates!
ChosenKare vehicles are equipped with dual lens cameras to monitor all transporting activities.. Chosenkare drivers collectively have 10+ years experience providing transportation throughout the industry.
